T30 hanging problems
Hi everyone,
I've had my T30 for about 2 months now. Since I got it around the school year was ending, I haven't used it too often. However, I noticed a few weeks ago that my top 3 buttons (M, -, +) would not respond when I pressed them. I took out my rechargeable batteries and reinserted them, and the problem went away, or so I thought. I thought it had something to do with the battery setting in the player, but it has occured regardless of the setting. I updated my previous firware to 1.71 (MTP) and I regained function for a while until it mysteriously stopped functinion AGAIN. Since then I have converted my T30 to UMS, but the buttons still won't work! Does anyone have any solutions? I getting so fustrated. Thanks |

I can't offer you a solution (yet), only sympathy because I'm experiencing more or less the same problem: every now and then the player won't power up when pressing the play/stop button. I then have to remove and replace the battery and it will work again. I have no clue why this happens, but luckily it doesn't happen very often.
It happens both with rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries, both MTP and UMS. |

Thanks for the reply. Do you know how I could downgrade the firmware? I got an older version of the updater and when i go to "manual" and choose an older firmware it always says "please choose a valid firmware"
