T30 : transfer with computer impossible

Hello

I ve bought a T30, And to say the truth, I've very desapointed

When I try to copy the record files to the computer it says:
* data incorrect
* the E/S operation has been canceled...
* Invalid operation

second problem:
80% of the time I can't sync music to the computer. When I manage it, it creates automatically the folders, and oragnises by Artist, and inside this folder it creates a new one "unknown artist"
How can I organise my folders??? Just by folders name
Can I prepare the folders on the computer and then copy it on the player???

The T30 transfers are always failing!
Each time I want to transfer something to the player, it says that the E/S operation has been canceled>

Therefore : I can't upload and dowload music, that is to say that the player is nearly useless!

It was a big error to think that IRiver was a sign of quality! I'm starting to think that I wasted my money...

I you want to transfer, wake up early because it fails 99% of the time

If nobody answers this message to confirm, it would mean that there is a boycott against complain, in order to let you purchase a useless player

maybe you have a lemon, or maybe you should search the site for a solution (i'm sure people have had this problem before). But dont start flaming all of a sudden, or you will get flamed right back.

That is write, a lemon is more usefull than this player.

it is a new player, and I ve read all threads, but i m sure i'm not the only one to have a fake one...

EDIT: you don't understand savage's post, he's saying your player is a dud. (broken, does not work right) try posting in your native language (i'm pretty sure it's not english)

i May be mistaken but there was a thread that could let you access your player in UMS mode. But you will have to use the search function to find it. I probably would have done it for you but i dont like the way you post...

T30 owns. Is your computer up to spec? XP O.S., WMP 10, etc?
Only 1/10 of your triple post had a description of your problem. Since this is a learning and friendly environment try to make your post(s) about 90% description and 10% bashing (if you feel it's needed).
