Loading a recording onto PC

I recorded music (via line-in) onto my T30 and am having troubles loading it onto my PC. When I connect the T30 to the PC's USB port it verifies that it is connected, but I can't see the recording that I want to load. I have loaded Window Media Player 10, but can't seem to get this to work. All the help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
