S10 alphabetical order folders or files?

Hi, I want to clarify something before I buy an S10:
I know the S10 organises music on it in the order that you copy to it, but does this apply only to files in the folders, or does it apply to folders too?

I can handle if it just the mp3s in the folders because my songs are named with track numbers, but I can't handle the ideas of folders not being in alphabetical order.

Folders too. You can't rearrange them with your OS folder tools (a source of some aggravation), but you can modify both file and folder order with the included iriverplus software.

Thanks hedgomatic. Just wondering, when you say OS, do you mean you can't change the order on the S10 itself? (I have a Mac so I prob won't be using iRiverplus much.) Cheers

As far as I can tell, order can only be changed using the iriverplus software.

Yeah, I've tried rearranging my files on the s10 through the mac OS and windows OS, but they don't work. You have to use iriverplus3.
