S10 owners, please tell me if the s10 has a "study mode"

I was just wondering if the S10 has a "study mode" like the t series and the h1xx series did which allows one to skip forward or back a predetermined length of time, e.g. 10secs, 20, 30, 1min etc.

This is an excellent feature for large mp3s like audiobooks/lectures. even when they are split, they can still be in 30-60min long files, and if you accidently loose your place, then it can take ages to forward through all 50mins of audio!
Sometimes its irksome to have to split every large mp3 you have yourself just to listen to it once (say in the case of a radio show).

thanks

Scan speed

Hi, you can adjust the scan speed i that's what you mean?...the slowest (1x) skips approx 5 sec and the fastest (6x) 1/2 min or so...quite fast, indeed....takes only 4-5 sec to skip forward one song.

Yeah, you can adjust the scan speed, but I'm 99% sure there is no study mode on the player.

thanks for the info. I knew about the scan speed from the videos people have posted of how the GUI works. I've already preordered an s10 anyway, but I can still cancel before thursday (when a delivery is expected).
Fast forwarding at 1/2min is ok i suppose. Iriver should put study mode in all their players since most of their old models had it (t series, h1xx series, h3xx series), and it seems stupid for them to take a step backwards by removing it.
