S10 language settings plus clock display

Hi, I'm a proud owner of a 2Gb S10. I'm spanish, so I wish to have the menus in that language. However, when I select Settings > Advanced > Language, and i select "Español" (spanish), the checkbox is selected, but menus are still in english... i've tried with other languages and it's the same... is there an additional thing to do in order to get the language set?

On the other hand, I've found an interesting feature not written in the manual. Clicking and holding any button when the player is turned OFF shows you the clock. Doing it again turns off the clock.

EDIT: my firmware is 1.03AU

The setting is (mostly) not for the user interface. That is only changed for
Korean (and possible Japanese/Chinese). For the other languages, it determines
how special characters in tags and file names are displayed. For example
"Björk" will show correctly with e.g. German set, but not with English. I don't
have the player here, so that particular example may be wrong, but that's
the basic idea behind it. Some time in the not too far future, H3Mod will allow
you to replace the English strings. Unfortunately you are still limited to the
string length of the English words, which makes it difficult to localise, but it
will be an option at least.

ok... thanks for the info. searching out there, I've found that indeed, language settings are just for ID3 tags... a pity.

Same problem here, I'm spanish too and i have 1.03US firm version, I think there will probably be an 1.03ES firmware which implements Spanish language.

The self switch "bug" it's really a annoying thing for me, when you have your s10 in the pocket It powers on constantly by itself and the battery drains super faster.
