S10 earphones
Hi....i just wanted to ask if the earphones that come with the S10 are removable form the neckstrap so that they can be used normally or are the earphones and strap one thing??!
Also is it possible to use the S10 with other earphones. i'm asking this because from the pictures i have seen the s10 earphones have some kind of clip thing and i don't know if that is neccesary for the earphones to work? thanks |

First question : I didn't check. I always throw away the earphones that come with players, as they are never very good.
Second question : Yes. I use the S10 with my Etymotic ER-6 earphones. I have them right now as I am typing these words. You don't need the clip thing. The player is so light, there is no chance it just drops by itself once plugged to the earphones. |

The neck strap is detachable, leaving only the earphones.
Not that I use them anyway. Haven't even taken them out the packet. Shure e4 on order to replace the e2c I generally use. And yes, the jack connection's solid enough that you could get away without any additional support but I use a mobile phone lanyard just to be more secure. |
