resetting the h140

Hi. This question may sound really weird but i've got good reason to ask it. What do people use to reset there h140s? I don't offten have to reset mine but some times i do because of rockbox causing the player to lock up. This is very anoying for me, as the only thing i've found so far that will reset the player is a bent paperclip, which either means I have to carry one with me, and some times if i lose it I have to ask for them in some very strange places, these have included train stations and pubs. It is quite interesting to watch other peoples reactions when i say can I have a paperclip, most of the time there like "you just want one paperclip?" Anyway back to my question What do other people use to reset there players? as i've found the pin on the strap of my watch is too big to fit the hole. So can anyone suggest any alternatives to the paperclip? either that or does anyone no if it would be possible to widen the reset hole slightly with a drill or some other tool, or would that almost certainly damage the end cap on the player.

I wouldn't use a drill. The reset button is not very large and if you enlarge the hole you might have a harder time hitting in and one thing you don't want to do is short out the internal board. I use whatever I have at hand. Just keep one in the case. I also used my make to repair any problems with the hard drive on one of my 120's and it found errors and after a couple of tries corrected everything. It seems like they have a habit of locking up from time to time due to heat. I would just keep a clip handy.

I don't keep my player in a case. From what i've sceen though most cases that are designed to hold the 140 wouldn't be good for holding a paperclip.

You have house keys or car keys, right? Keep it on your keyring. That's what I do, mind you I haven't had to reset my device in at least six months.
