no display on H120 remote

I think I have some problem with my H120 remote and I hope some of you guys knows the solution to my problem. I haven't use my H120 remote for quite some time and yesterday, when I tried to use it, it didn't have any display on it. Just the backlight, but no menus whatsoever.

As I said, I didn't use the remote that much but I put it in my bag and bring it almost everywhere. So I may have drop the bag and somehow, it is spoiled. I really hope any of you guys have any solution to it since the button is working perfectly. I tried using the remote and refer to the main screen, and it work perfectly fine.

If there is something wrong with the display/screen, where can I get it fixed?

Try plugging the remote in several times in case the contacts are a little bit dirty.
