Connecting my h120 to a car stereo.

At the moment I've just got an old cassette stereo in my car so could connect my h120 using the cassette adaptor, but I'm thinking of getting a new one.

I've seen some stereo's advertised with aux in. Would that be the correct connection to connect with the line out on my h120? Or will I need an adaptor of some sort to go on the end of the cable supplied for the line out socket?

I'm not too clued up on the technical side of things here so will need some help! Don't want to get a new car stereo just to find that it won't connect to my iriver!

Cheers!

The aux in is all you need--well, and the connection cable (which I believe came with the H100 series....). However, some in-dash units use the RCA plugs in the back, which requires a 3.5mm-to-RCA cable, which is how my car is set-up.

As BBD said you just need to use the 3.5 mm to 3.5mm stereo connector that came with you player and connect from the line/optical out on your player to the aux in on your stereo. If you don"t have the cable, they are available from most electrical shops and ebay (and most likely from the shop you purchased your stereo from ). You may even get a cable with your new stereo (mine was supplied with one).
Also some stereos will allow you to connect via usb . See this thread for more info USB Car Stereo for H140?
