H120 download problem

I've had my H120 for 3 years and never had any trouble at all. loaded 1500 songs and they always loaded by artist. Now all new downloads file by cut number rather than artist. What did I change and how do I change back?

You might need to give a little bit more information , such as are you syncing it and what program are you using to do it with?
I personally just drag and drop my files to my player and find it to be the easiest way to go about it , Just open the player in my computer and drag the files across from you computer and drop them in your player, that way you can organise you music just the way you want them .

I'm doing it just as you outlined and the same way I have for years I open the player, open my music, select the album then open it and select the tracks I want then copy them to the player. I then update the DB. When I check the player all of the new music is listed but by track. All track 1's then all track 2's etc. The albums that were installed before this problem started are still listed by album correctly. any ideas?
