Anwhere to get new/used iskins?

I've been looking for a sonic (blue) iskin for an H140 and things have really dried up on these. I know they're discontinued..anyone know of a remaining purchase place for these (new or used). They almost never come up here for sale.

from Australia:

http://www.tryandbyte.com.au/cgi-bin...0fit%3A%20H140

(But it's $55 AU!)

How about from Amazon.co.uk and a third-party company, digitialmusicplayers ?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...B000682FIQ/new

(7.99 pounds)

from ebay.co.uk:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/iSkin-iRIVER-H...QQcmdZViewItem

(19.95 pounds)

Great links...thanks.

The digitalmusicplayers skin for 7.99 is just what I'm looking for...however amazon.uk won't let me purchase as I'm in the U.S. Any ideas on how to make that work?

It won't? That's a bit strange, since it has the US listed as one of the countries that can be delivered to. Maybe you could contact the seller and ask them if there's something they can do to help.

I'm in the U.S. and tried ordering it as well, with the same issue (even tho CDs and books will be shipped to the U.S.--I guess the case is verboten, as "electronics"). I agree with Jenny's recommendation--try contacting the seller through the Amazon "contact the merchant" link.

Thanks both....I'm waiting on a reply from the seller.

Looking up Datavis's record on resellerratings.com. ..it's absolutely terrible. I'm wondering if I should risk as the cost is pretty low. I could get artics and dye any color I want.

yeah, they seemed pretty sketchy... how would you go about dying it? (sorry if that's an off-topic question)

There's an old post here about boiling your arctic in rit dye for a short time to achieve the color you want. It supposedly works well.

Speaking of sketchy, I called datavis and they claim they "might" have one in stock somewhere....but can't find it. Therefore, they're not an option anyways.

I been looking for iSkins in the US for a while,
I found these on ebay today,
iSkin FOR iRiver H100/110/115/120 - SONIC - (eBay item 320143900129 end time Nov-30-07 20:42:32 PST)
for the ihp-120.
i figured i let all of you know.
i'd prefer the black or the artic,
but this blue will do.
$2.99 + $6 for shipping,
They have 94 of them.

I just found one on the web for £2!!!! The problem is that there is only the clear version in stock. I already had a graphite one but i bought one anyway for £2 because i knew they had been discontinued. Great delivery service aswell next day if ordered before 2pm.

http://www.advancedmp3players.co.uk

then search iriver be quick i dont think they have many left. When mine arrived it was covered in dust so it must have been sitting in there warehouse for a while!!

I found a place on the web that will sell a case of 100 ebony H100 iskins for
$161 + $28.98 (shipping). This would be less than the original MSRP if
only 10 people were interested. I know that the SONIC color is available
on Ebay, but I don't particularly like it.

Maybe Jeff would want to buy some for resale? Jeff?

Are those for the 120? I have one for the 140, that came with it when I purchased the used unit and it is nice. It looks like the 100 unit price would be far less than msrp.

Yes, it's for the h120. AFAIK, iSkin only made one model. It may fit the 140, I don't
know. I only have a 120. I picked up another from Overstock, and was looking around
for an iSkin. I have the ebony color, and love it.

I think I may have paid around $40 for it originally. So, yeah this price is quite a
bit below that. But I don't need 100 units!

I'm still looking for an H140 iskin....any color.

I have two H140's in iskin's...my third is still indecently exposed in the standard iriver case.

My 140 skin would not fit the 120, it is too loose so they must have made two types I would think.

Out of curiosity, what does you iSkin say on the back?
Mine says:

ISkin
For iRiver H100 Series
A
iSkin.com

If it doesn't actually say iSkin with the web site, it may
not actually be manufactured by iSkin.

Ok, that is what mine says so I must be wrong. But mine came with a used 140 and seems too big for the 120.
