Looking for a rockbox plugin

The name is SNCViewer, it is used to read syn lyric on lcd, I couldn't find a H120 compatible version of the .rock file, nor do I know how to compile one, so maybe some of you here can help.

I have attached the source file and some instruction I got from http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=2372.0
