Unhappy Have no clue

Ihave just bought a h 140 the firmware on it is 1.30 when I try to upgrade it to the 1.66 it does nothing. When I try to up music on it doesn't show up either, though the files on then I open it when I conect to my computer. I'm lost. please help if can thank you

When you upgrade the firmware you also need to press the "upgrade firmware" option on your player.

It mightn't hurt to check its formatted to a fat32 file system (not ntfs). To check go to- My computer, right click on my computer and then click on properties.
