H100 to 120
So, I used to have an h120, best damn player ever.

Too bad I killed it thought on vacation. Now I still kept the 20 gig hdd, and I'm wondering if it would work in the h100.

I ask this becuase the h100 has 16mb of ram, and the 120 has 32mb.

there is no reason it shouldn't, the amount of ram a player has doesn't affect whether a Hxxx unit will function with HDD XXX, the only limitation is fitting the HDD within the existing casing due to the physical dimensions of the disk, i.e single platter vs Dual platter.
Give it a try, nothing to lose, just ensure that you run the correct firmware based on your ram size and not HDD size.

as far as I know the 110 as the same size as the 120, should work...

It will work - I've done it.
As Dunno says - make sure you have the correct firmware installed otherwise it won't boot up.
