Capacity Problems! Need Help?

Capacity has become an issue only two weeks into my H140 ownership. I am trying to figure out a system for synchronizing with Syncback that would only transfer specific genres and or folders. I would sometimes like to limit the number of albums from a particular artist, however. For instance, I have 13 album folders for evanesence some of them are live performances some albums and etc. I do not need to carry both the live performance and the album, so..... Currently My music is sorted by large genre (i.e. rock, pop, rnb, and etc.). Then by artist name, soundtrack, or VA. And finally by album. Do I need to modify my file structure to put something into effect. I am looking for any advice from you guys/girls. FYI: I have used the subdirectories feature of syncback but it is not working out well for me.

encode in ogg vorbis to save some space

besides that its something that has already come up for me

i just have to make judgments on what i want to keep more....i would say definatly with the live shows you prolly like one more then the other so there are definatly easy sacrifices to be made

me personally i just throw new shit on the player to check it out so there is always breathing room

other then that i am not sure what else you could do

Thanks guys. I guess my solution is to create two identical sets of genre folders. One set will be Synced and the other non-Synced. I will have directories within for all artists/albums and I will set syncback to sync only the Synced folder. I will exchange artists/albums from these directories as needed for space. It appears that by the time I finish ripping my music collection in mp3 format at 192 kbps I will have much greater than 100 GB of music. I do not want to change format/bitrate mid stream, but I may have to.
