H120 case

I've heard more than a few people refer to a brown case that came with their player which seems to be different than the one I have.

My case is black, has the iRiver logo on the from near the bottom, appears to be made of leather, has a belt loop in the back, a holes for the joystick and buttons, and a clear plastic window in which to view the screen.

Is this a new case? And if so, what does the brown case look like? Does it have a clear plastic viewing window for the screen? Belt clip or loop?

Thanks

I once had a nasty expensive experience with a mount that relied on that 3M adhesive to hold a piece of equipment to hold one half of a mount to the device.

I wont tell the tale here, but simply offer this hard learnt advice.

However long you feel is sufficient to leave the adhesive strip to bond, double the time.. at the very least.

otherwise, it may seem rock solid.. but it'll demo Murphy's Law when you least expect it...

So i discovered, when a nice solid bit of radio technology left my belt... and ended up overboard in nice, unfriendly, salt water.. and sunk without a trace..

I'm not disputing the fact that the adhesive can work as sold, just take the extra precaution of giving the bond extra time to set.. and potentially save a disaster like i had...

thank god Yaseu never asked for my loan radio back
