Just got my h120
I just got my H120 and its everything i thought it would be. The only thing I cant figure out is how to play all the songs by an artist. I have the DB enabled, but when I select the artist I want to listen to it plays the whole album even though the artist only has one song on the album. Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong.
Thank You |

I bet that it's the tags, and that the artist who only appears on one song is listed as the artist on all of them, on the artist tag. You can check/change it with a program like The Godfather. http://users.otenet.gr/~jtcliper/tgf/

All my tags are good, before I got my H120 I went through all my mp3's with tag scanner.
Thanks for the help I just figured out what I was doing wrong. Last edited by porky146 : October 3rd, 2004 at 02:29 PM. |

You need them tagged properly, DB enabled, and you need to build the actual database with your H-120 connected to your PC; the database does not update automatically, and it must be done every time to you make changes to your music. Luckily it only takes a few seconds.
