Play button on remote doesn't work! Help!!!

Hi to all,

need desperately help. The play button on the remote doesn't work after a traction of the wire that connect the remote at the player. Only the play button doesn't work!!! the other ones work perfectly!

When i press the play button no ligth turns on the remote screen and no action comes! Why... only one button? Maybe i've broken only the play canal transmission?

These my question

There is anyone that have had same problem?
Do you think that the guarantee covers this situation?
If yes i have to send all my device (player + remote)?
How many time i've to wait to have back my IHP?

Please help me!!!

PS: i know is not a big problem. I can still play my song by the navigation button but i can use pause or turn on the player by remote (this is the worse trouble)

I had a problem with my remote, took it the iriver office (luckily it's sorta on my way home) and they replaced both units under the warranty, so you should be covered.
How it'll take will depend on where you are and were you send it to. It may be easier to go back to where you bought it.
