File creation error - The request could not be performed bec

I get the following error when copying certain files to my iHP-120:

File creation error - The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

This happens only for certain files. Any one else see this error?

I haven't seen this error message, but is there anything different about the files? Are they duplicating filenames already on your iHP?

What filenames are they, and what type?

Thanks for the reply dhbailey! There was nothing unusual about the files in terms of size or bitrate, and the filenames were unique.

I think it may be a driver/os issue, because last night I rebooted my machine and was able to copy the failing files. I suspect that I will come accross other failures in the future, but now at least I know rebooting will probably be the solution. Oh, well.. that's not too inconvenient for me.

BTW I run Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, so maybe the problem has something to do with that.
