IHP-140 stopped supporting long filenames!?

Hi! I´m a new IHP-140 user for three days now.
Player has been working fine so far but now...
Today I blugged my player whith usb to computer, first odd thing was that
the drive name was missing? Secondly I tried to copy some mp3´s into my player, win xp said "The destination does not support long file names"
What might be wrong? Is my new IHP-140 allready broken?

Has anyone encountered this problem?

I had this with my 120 once at work (XP Pro). Did you plug it in to the USB port THEN power it on or did you power it on then plug it in?

I THINK (and I haven't tested this much) that if you plug in first then power on the ihp it's recognised by the PC early in the power up sequence and recognised as not supporting long file names. If you power on and let it boot up properly then plug it in I've found that works.
