Computer wont reconize h10 20g

I bought the 20g Iriver H10 mp3 player, but when I connect it to my computer and turn on the power, just like it says in the instructions, NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!, I also tried it on two other computers and it works perfectly, it only does not work on mine. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Don't know, but you might get more help in the right section of the forums...

You're in the h1xx section, and you need to be in h10s

Also helps to not double post when your told that its in the wrong section, just ask a mod to move it. The answer to your question may be that the port you plugged into is not working properly so try another.
