H140 Power spec's found

After reading the detail on the AC power control chip, compliments of the rockbox site, I determined that the input DC tolerance for the H140 according to the control chip is 4.5 volts ~ 6.5 volts.

Go HERE for Texas Instruments power control IC decription.

But do note that CENTER PIN Positive is a must, not negtiable
