Just Received My H120 Today!
I just wanted to give those people who have thoughtfully and patiently answered my questions a quick update:

I received my player via FedEx today (1-2 days ahead of schedule). After messing around with the player for only about 45 minutes, I'm already on my way. I decided to use MusicMatch to rip/encode my cd's and they work great. It is VERY easy to sort your files too.

I am very impressed with the sound quality too. I am only using 128 kbps mp3 format and it sounds ten times better than my Rio500! No need to do anything higher YET...
