Converting with different audio tracks and subtitles

Hi,

Im having a problem with converting videos with different audio tracks and subtitle tracks (for example a video with japanese and english audio). From what i understand ireverter does not allow you to select what audio track you want the video to be converted with (when converting a single video NOT dvd), it just selects the default language. Is there any conversion software that can allow me to do this(easily)??
