Clix2 8 GB - damaged screen
Hey chaps ..

I think I may have cracked the screen on my 8gb clix2 ... It shows up as a drive when I plug it into the PC and works fine but I can't turn the damn thing on. Don't know how it happened.

Anyway!

What are my options? I bought it off ebay from some korean seller. Is it worth paying to have it repaired? Or shall I just sell it as scrap on ebay?

p.s. if anyone wants to buy it let me know.

Try opening it up (voiding your warranty) and check the screen connection.
there is a guide on how to open it up over at clixhere.

hey, thanks for your reply mate.

I've just looked at the screen under a good light and I think I can see a small crack in the corner. So I guess it's not worth opening! Damn, I'm must have sat on it or something

Well, I've just put it on eBay for spares/repair. Unless anyone can think of a better idea?
