Only one earphone working

Ok, I have purchased an Iriver Clix2 from theiriverstore.com. I was happy with it until today. I plug in the headphones and only the right one seems to work. After playing with it, two of them work but even the smallest move in the earphones cord will make the left earphone die again. Is there any way to fix this? It's not a headphones problem since all headphones I have at home work in the exactly same way. The Clix2 unit is broken. Is there anyway to fix it or something? I really don't want to send it to Jeff and wait for it to get fixed ( Please its important! I have also re-formated the device but it didn't help at all.

Here is your solution:

Earphone Connection - Are My Phones Plugged In All The Way? - clixhere! - clix clix and more clix!
