song titles turnout in chinese (i think)

hi there! everything works just fine with clix gen2 for me but when i got the latest firmware some of the songtitles turned to chinese... i tried formatting the device but it didn't help. I use mac for file transfering and 2/3 of the song titles show up ok... what is my problem?
