Clock Reset Problem

Hi, I'm a newbie at this, so forgive me if it's been covered and I just couldn't find it. In April of this year I purchased a 4G Clix. I never do the hard shut off - just to the "sleep" off mode. When it shuts down after 24 hours of sleeping, the clock resets to midnight of Jan 1, 2006. Has anyone else had this problem, and can it be fixed?

Thanks in advance!

Well, it seems like a bad sign... I guess it is some kind of hardware error.

I have no idea except what people always says:
* Hit the reset hole.
* Upgrade firmware.

Your last resort is to contact the seller and ask for a replacement.

Just reseting might not be enough, also try formating please.
