Firmware Update problem
Hi there,
Just joined!!!
I'm trying to get some info about my Clix1 4gb. following no response at all from iRiver.
I am unable to get it to update the firmware. I get the following dialogue box come up when I run the updater:

WARNING: Cannot find the update information in the INF file ID=0X4102_0X112A_N_E ST_3855_2.01.

The unit shows the following Firmware:
On my device the firmware comes up as :2.00AU_HK

Unit was bought on Ebay and I live in the UK so don't know if that is the problem!

Hope someone can help.

The latest firmware for your clix1 is v2.00, therefore you don't need to update.
