I downloaded an Audio Book from my local library's Audio Book service to my Clix 2, 4GB. This book downloaded in . . .1Track,. . . 7 hours long! I can listen to the Audio book, stop it and turn off the Clix, then return and continue with the book. However, once I switch to music I'm forced to listen to the Audio book from the beginning each time I return to the Book.
I e-mailed iriver, asking them how I can break the Audio Book into numerous tracks (like a music CD) or segments so I can listen to the book for a while, then switch to music, then return to the book without having to start from the beginning of the book each time I resume the book. Here's what the iriver help desk e-mailed back to me: "While playing the book press and hold right. Change the "search type" to segment (from none). I can't find "search type" on my Clix 2. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this. . .or place a bookmark where I've stopped listening to my book? Thanks for your help. Bonnie Last edited by Bonniemealy : August 22nd, 2007 at 07:52 AM. Well, theoretically, depending on the format, you could split it up using something like Audacity (Free). Not sure about the bookmarking on the clix, though. Perhaps it's a feature of a newer firmware update?

You could make it a video.. Blank black screen and use Windows Movie Maker and import the song into the movie... It bookmarks video if I am correct.
