Blank screen, backlight still works.

So um, hey.

I had my Clix 2GB for about 4 months, and then all of a sudden, the screen doesn't show anything anymore. It's just blank when I turn it on, although the backlight still works, as well as the hold lock and turning the device off.

Actually, everything works, just the screen's blank. In fact, I'm listening to music from it right now.

I'll admit I rarely even know what song I'm listening to, nor do I search for a specific title too often, but it'd still be nice if there was a way to fix this.

If it can't be fixed, maybe somebody could list the menu items in order so I can find my way?

Its a silly question, but have you tried the reset hole?

Yup, tried the reset hole multiple times, with and without hold lock. I'm having fun figuring out the menus right now lol.

So far I've worked out the first menu:
extras
fm radio
now playing
music
pictures
videos
settings

so at least I can get to my music muaha!!!

Possibly some hardware connector are loosen (or broke), you should send it back for repair immediately (hardware failure is covered by the warranty).

Ahh, I did a search with "clix warranty" and found a post with the same problem and information regarding the shipping process:
