Not Charging

Hey,

I am a newbi and just got my clix 2 days ago. I was wondering how long do you have to charge it in order to get a full day of play out of the clix? Is there anyone who has had a problem with their clix not charging?

I am really hoping that I am not charging it long enough, but I had it plugged into my laptop all night last night and it looked as if it were charging but a didn't even get an hours play out of my clix today.

Please help.

did you see the battery animation ? and may be try a different USB port sometimes they just don't have enough juice

I had that problem when I first got my clix. I found that my connection was loose at times so I just had to wiggle the plug a little before the charge animation would start up. As long as you see that animation you should be okay. Trying a different USB port as clixnewbie suggested is also a good troubleshooting step.

Thanks for the tips. I will implement them today. Though I would still like to know about how long it takes to charge to a full battery.

I would not think it would take more than 3 hours, unless your usb port is exceptionally low.
