iriverter works on single flash video files, but not directory full

I can convert a single file using iriverter no problem...just have to say show all files to select the flv file.
No such luck using the directory method since I can't specify what type of file.

Is there a command line option to running iriverter that would let me specify the type of file?

If you click on the single file bottom on the menu, another tab will show up.

Yes, and click again..another...but I will still have to specify each file individually, and there are over 160 files in that directory to convert.
If I could specify an entire directory it would be much easier.

Lightbulb simply rename the file-extensions...

Hi!

The simpliest way to get this problem solved is to rename all .flv-files into the extension ".mpg" via any batch renaming tool (one helpful freeware is http://toolsandmore.biz/?go=Joe)

After the files are renamed to .mpg, you can
1. either mark all the files and drag it in the iriverter window
2. or perform a folder selection (now that iriverter recognizes the extension, it should perform all the conversions)
