i transfer avis and it says not supported...what bitrate/fps/ etc. do i need>!

from what I read, iRiver didn't even bother shipping software to get video on the thing

iriveramerica says mpeg4 320x240 15fps for video support

i just used iriverter and it worked for me, just change the options a little
