iRiver2 (IMP-250)
Hi folks,
I have just picked up a brand new IMP-250 for USD 40. As it was in version 1.00C (China version), i would like to upgrade the firmware to the latest version. Now comes the questions; 1) Can i just download and burn the latest version or do i have to go through the begining? 2) Burned (4x) the mid version upgrade but ended with "No Disc", what could be wrong? Thanks for your input if you have any. I know that is a old player but the playback is amazing, why should it go to waste. Cheers, clemo |

once I read, that apart from HEX file, you need at least 100MB of non-music data on that CD...

Hi KHRoN,
Thanks for your input, the part on the 100MB of non-music data is new to me. since i have waste 5 CD-R on this i might feed in 100MB of trash to check if this works. As for the rest of the info., i have previously followed all those with no luck. Let you know if it works, cheers |
