I'm a happy soon 2 be owner of an iMP-550 (comes in by mail tomorrow).

Anything you ppl think i ought 2 know?
I've read every review there is, i've read the maual 3 times and i have downloaded and burnt the new firmware upgrade on2 a cd!

I'll be watching this post with you. Oddly enough, after tons of research on mp3 players (both HD and flash) I think I'm going with a CD/mp3 player and leaning towards iMP-550 too. Just works better for MY partidular needs.

Care to elaborate on exactly what lead you to your decision? Why iRiver? Why imp-550? Any concerns? Etc...
