Newbie Floating Down The Mistic River

e100 micro SD error
I have a problem with my e100 not starting up with 4gig micro sd card inserted. When i turn on the player all i get is a blank white screen. If i turn the player off and than back on it starts up normally. Does anybody have any suggestions for rectifying this problem?

yeah i formatted the card and put information on it but still nothing but white screen. It still functions normally with the white screen even using plus 3 software
