iFP-140TC
Has anybody heard of this model? It's a meager 64MB player that came free when i purchased my iHP-120. I've looked on iRiver.com for any firmware updates, but it's as if the model never existed cos there's no info whatsoever on the 140TC.
Anyway, i just started using it while out running and in the gym, very handy.

I have heard of same. It is a basic player sans the FM radio. Sells like dead cats that is why it was free.
JMHO sdz

it has FM player and recorder.
i was hoping it was at least 128mb cos i haven't even looked at it since i got the iHp 120 two months ago. sadly, no.. 64mb is barely enough to fit 1 album.

Gawd... i remember when 32Mb was big on players.
i got an old MP-MAN F20 lurking, with an expansion card to bring it up to 48mb, and i can get one album on it (74 mins) - what it needs, to make it happen, is to throw away conventional thinking and attitudes.. and simply get the job done with the right tool(s) however unlikely. A Hell of a lot of music can exist at sub-128kps and be comfortable, if you know what to do & use the right tools... and remember that in a limited situation you gotta be a bit more tolerant.
