IFP-390T not being recognized
After I upgraded my wmp11 beta 1 to wmp beta 2 my player doesn't seem to be working. The message comes up that I need to upgrade my firmware but neither the music manager nor wmp will recognize the player even though it is connected, therefore I cannot upgrade. Is anybody else having this problem or know how to solve it?

Tried that but I don't even know which one to choose. Do we need a program that can open a .hex file? It works now on the music manager but not windows media player, which is really annoying because I have a lot of songs and it takes forever to find a certain one.

There are some common issues with the Beta release of WMP11. It would be best to rollback to wmp10 and then try reinstalling the player. Rollback instructions: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...ionofthePlayer

Is there anyway to get the first beta again, because it still worked when I had that beta. The problem started when I switched to the second beta.
