IFP-899: No Audio Through Headphone Jack

My IFP-899 is acting as though the headphone jack is muted. I have the UMS 1.85 firmware running on it. Essentially, I can see it playing (on the LCD), but no sound comes out of the headphone jack. I know this sounds like a hardware problem, but I believe it is related to the fact the device crashed (hard) about 5 minutes ago, but started working again after I plugged it into my USB player. (I know, strange!) What's more: if I plug it in to a computer with WinXP, it actually will play through my computer, so I know it's actually playing, just not pumping the sound to the output headphone jack/port.

Ideas as to how to get this device to play through the headphone jack?

Thanks in advance!

I think you probably break it. But just try to change the hole (maybe you are using the line-in hole)
