ifp-795 firmware upgrade to newest version - cant find right file on iriver

Hi,

first of all im very thrilled to see an active iriver community since the "official" iriver forum is dead.

I want to upgrade my ifp-795 to newest firmware version.
Here is the mail i send some time ago. No response so far.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

im owner of a ifp-795 player. I'm quite satisfied. At the moment i'm trying to update to newest firmware version.

Through that page i obtained a file called iFP-780(eu)_V165.zip. Since it said "iFP-700 Series Firmware V1.65" i concluded it must be the right version for my player. The firmware process didnt work! Now i found following sentence on that page:
-. Please download an appropriate version for your player.

iFP-780(country)_V165.zi p : iFP-780(USB 1.1)
iFP-790(country)_V165.zi p : iFP-790/795/799(USB 2.0)

But there is no link or file attached. Either im blind or you forgot to include it.
Same thing with the newest UMS version.

Please either point me to those firmware versions, UMS and manager version, or send me the files to ...

Is there a security implemented which prevents upgrading with false firmwares? Or do i need to worry now?
