Help -Music Manager says disconnect IFP-895

I am frustrated as ever............I don;t understand what i am doing wrong. I was able to load Music manager successfully after......god knows how many times to finally be able to transfer music onto my player {ifp-895}.
I finally decided to download more songs onto my playe rand when i connected - to my horror i see - music manager disconnect. Man............come on...............wha t now.

Please, Please, Please..can someone explain............. .....y the music manager is not reading my ifp-895. Wheni turn on the player its saying.............c onnected to USB. I get a msg asking me that a new hardware has been found............... .I do not want to load New hard...I have already down that.

ALL I WANNA DO TO PUT MUSIC ONTO MY PLAYER...........DAT S ALL............

I am new to this computer lingo............... .so you have to get all explanations........ ....SIMPLE........ and detailed so i can UNDERSTAND.
