HELP!: my IFP 890 don't upload files from my PC cos "cannot connect to mp3 player"

I just bought the ifp 890 5 days ago, and it worked fine except for the uploading from the player to the pc, it just uploads some files, sometimes, -*.doc, visual basic, jpeg- but never been able to upload the rec files, when starts the uploading appears the message "cannot connect to the mp3 player". There's no problem moving any files to the player.

what's the problem?
