Right. First please dont post in FAQ sections. If you had read any of the titles next to where you posted you would have seen

and

both of which tell you NOT to post in the FAQ section.

But you managed to miss this both times.....

It is on the iriver website- go to the corresponding branch of iriver website for the model u have (when the browser turns up on the main page)
