Newbie Floating Down The Mistic River

player drive not being shown in pc

i have IFP 120 US players,the problem here is that when i connect USB to pc port player drive icon is not shown in my computer.There also come a notification of windows XP (USB could not recognise hardware).

can i use some other USB if pin config. is same.

secondly there are no songs right now in player (no file) but it should do recording that doesent concern USB problem but unfortunatly it not recording ne stuff.

so if i want to get the basic drivers send me link kindly,
and if i do need a new "USB how can i get it.thanx

Keep connecting and disconnecting the drive it should pick it up. Try other usb ports, and if possible try another computer.
