[iFP-390T] joystick problems for ifp 390 (USA)

today the joystick in my ifp 390 stopped working for the left and down controls. It has happened before, but it always starts working like normal again in a few minutes. I am still under the 1 year warranty. What should i do, return to Iriver or the store i bought it from (i bought the player 5 months ago)? how can i get iriver to believe me because the joystick works most of the time but if i leave it off for a while it stops workin again for a few minutes. will they charge me for the repairs?

Well store usually onyl gives you 30days. I think you should send it to iriver. They very nice and they will give you instructions with a RNA number you put with your player. They took around 2days to get it back to me. Very fast. I sent it tuesday and got it back thursday with all new stuff.(USB cable, Neckless, Earphones, more)

If you didnt have the warrenty i think you could go and open the player. Someone did and took a picture..

I think its just pressed too hard.
