Help on IMM/Firmware Upgrades please
Is it worth while upgrading IMM from V2.0? I have downloaded V3.00 from the international site and V3.05 from the America site. Are there any imrovements/new features? I tend to be a bit nervous changing something that appears to work OK.

I guess the same thing applies to the firmware. I don't want to plump for the UMS option as it seems to be a bit of a frig to get it to work on the ifp300 series, lower transfer rate etc.

All advice greatly appreciated.

I thought the new IMM was a bit nicer looking and has a firmware upgrade function built in. Other than that they are just about the same.

The UMS firmware is good if you want to upload data from your player to your PC. Other than that it is of no real use.
