What the heck is with this file?

I'm running UMS 1.28 and I uploaded some DRM files (actuallly ripped them that way with WMP just to see how it would work) and I have a file called WMPInfo.xml (a hidden file) and DRMv1PM.lic (Not even viewable in XP :\) in my root folder. Is this a side effect of what happens if you use DRM'ed files?
oh,btw I have an iFP-895
