Best Buy Product Replacement
So...
Let's say I hypothetically broke my screen on my ifp-899 and I had the product replacement plan. Would I be able to take it back, exchange it for a T10 and make up up the difference (~$20) ??? I'm really fed up with the inability to play DRM music on the ifp-899 and I think the screen has a large possibility of becoming cracked... Thanks, bigred |

EDIT: unless you're talking about subscription-based services, in which case you do need one of the T series. |

Be careful that the store does not decide the cracked screen is a result of user abuse rather than a product defect, thus denying your claim. Cross your fingers that a super powerful magnet comes in contact with the 899 and a permanently messes it up. Or that your wife accidently screws up a firmware install by not following the instructions.
